Keep guests moving together
Destination weddings can involve airport arrivals, several hotels, a ceremony, a reception and late-night returns. A dedicated transport plan keeps those movements separate from the wedding-day timetable and gives guests clear instructions before they arrive.
Resort weddings
Cancún, Riviera Maya, Tulum, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos are common locations for destination celebrations. Resorts may have specific coach gates or security processes, so share the full property name and event contact. If guests are split across hotels, use pickup windows rather than expecting every property to load at the same minute.
City and heritage venues
Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, Oaxaca, Mérida and other historic destinations can involve narrower streets or restricted access. In these areas, a practical coach pickup point may be a short walk from the venue. Confirm accessibility requirements early for older guests or anyone with reduced mobility.
Late-night returns
Not every guest leaves a reception at the same time. Couples often choose two or three return departures rather than one final vehicle. That can reduce waiting and make the service more useful without keeping every coach on standby for the entire evening.
What to send for a quote
Provide the wedding date, guest count, hotel list, ceremony and reception addresses, required arrival time and preferred return schedule. Add airport transfers separately if they are part of the same booking. The vehicle plan can then be built around actual guest movements.
