Flexible transport for smaller groups
A minibus is often easier than a full coach for smaller parties because it uses less kerb space and can suit hotel, restaurant and venue access more naturally. Typical uses include airport transfers, family groups, wedding parties, production crews, executive teams and private sightseeing.
Passenger count is only part of the decision
A 12-person group with large suitcases may need a different layout from a 12-person group travelling with hand luggage. Tell the booking team about bags, pushchairs, golf equipment or instruments before the vehicle is assigned. If the itinerary includes frequent boarding, consider comfort and aisle access as well as nominal capacity.
City and resort use
Minibuses are useful in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey where groups may have several meetings in one day, and in Cancún, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos where airport-to-resort transfers are common. They are also practical for smaller cultural tours to Teotihuacan, Puebla, San Miguel de Allende and Yucatán sites.
Booking details
Provide the exact pickup, date, passenger total and destination. Add flight numbers for airports and full hotel names for resort transfers. If the driver is required to wait between visits, include the approximate schedule rather than asking only for a point-to-point price.
Compare before confirming
Review the proposed vehicle capacity, luggage allowance, operating hours and included costs. For a multi-day booking, check where the driver finishes each day and whether accommodation or parking is included. Clear written details reduce last-minute changes.
