Changes to journeys
Changes to pickup points, destinations, operating hours, passenger count or vehicle requirements can affect availability and price. Material changes should be agreed before travel rather than assumed to be included in the original booking.
Vehicle categories
Vehicle images and category descriptions are illustrative. Exact make, model, age, configuration and amenities depend on supplier availability unless a specific feature is confirmed in writing.
Passenger responsibilities
The organiser should provide accurate passenger and journey information, ensure the group is ready at agreed pickup times and follow driver or venue instructions about safe loading and unloading.
